Ellen studied History and Art History at the University of Manchester, focusing on post-colonial India. Before joining Family History Films, she worked at a post-production house, and then a communications consultancy. Born to British-Swedish parents, Ellen draws on her background in historical research and interest in global narratives to shape her storytelling.
